The company was established in 1999 in Mountain View, California, and founded by Kurt Whitt, a Silicon Valley business executive with over 25 years of experience in Internet and web-based businesses, interactive television, new media, broadcast and broadband communications.

Kurt Whitt / Founder-CEO
Kurt founded Planet Media in San Francisco in 1999 after helping build and launch several successful Silicon Valley startups.
He is responsible for initial business conceptualization, capital investment, strategic planning and overseeing sales, marketing and service for the organization.
He brings 25 years of deep experience in international business development, sales, marketing, technology and strategic planning with both startup and growth organizations. Kurt is an accomplished business executive who has led web-based, interactive television, new media and broadcasting teams for Fortune 500 companies, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Kurt graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern Virginia College in 1982 with a major in Electrical Engineering Technology and attended postgraduate studies at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Kurt resides in downtown Denver with Charlie, his Old English Sheepdog.
Idelle F. / Creative Director
Idelle is a senior level designer with over 12 years of expertise in branding and logo creation, interactive design, website design, illustration, multimedia, search engine optimization, marketing collateral, infographics and print design.

Brian oversees our European office based in Málaga, Spain with extensive expertise international business management. He is an experienced creative agency manager, strategic planner, graphic designer and programmer.
